Feeling Down?

How do you improve your mood whenever you feel sorry for
yourself or you're sad? Do you write in a journal? Watch Comedy
Central? Call a friend? Eat french fries?
Answers:
My physical therapist suggested that I find something new to
learn (something that I had just never gotten around to) when she
was about to discharge me from services. So I began taking guitar
lessons! It has been such a fun way to reassure myself that I am
capable of doing new things even though I am different now. Music
has been very healing!
