I saw an opthalmologist who performed a crazy "needle in the eye" procedure but said it was irritating but not a problem. How are you doing? - Naomi

Hello Karen and thanks for joining. I started this site a year ago because I had such difficulty finding benign brain tumor survivors, like myself. I'm a long term survivor ( but have many side-effects): diagnosed in 1985 at age 11. Hi Karen!

Welcome to the site. I'm glad you have alot of support. Its tough anyway:)
I too had a menigioma, and it was right behind my right eye. Had issues w/ vision prior to and after surgery, but the pressure i was feeling is gone. Ii have vision in both eyes, but it can be a little wonky in the right one. Doctors say it will get better w/ time....maybe. (Everything is a maybe nowadays).

I don't know anything about you other then what is here on your bio, so this question comes from that: Is it always going to be that you won't have vision in one eye, or did the docs say otherwise?

Have a good day!
Wendy
